LeaFree on new gutters or the ones you have
LeaFree is a solid aluminum hood that goes on top of the gutter. Rain follows its curved front edge into the gutter, and leaves and seeds slide off. It fits 5 inch and 6 inch K style gutters and half round gutters, in 16 colors plus copper. How LeaFree works.
If your gutters are sound, LeaFree goes on the gutters you have. If they are too small, sag or slope the wrong way, gutter protection does not fix that, so those get fixed or replaced first and LeaFree goes on top.
The panels tuck under the first row of shingles and screw only to the gutter lip, so nothing goes into the roof deck or the fascia. Most homes are finished in a single day.

Seamless Gutter Installation
A seamless gutter is formed on site from a coil of metal, commonly aluminum, to the full length of each run, so the only joints are at corners, end caps and downspout outlets. The seams are where gutters usually leak.
Each run is sized for the water that reaches it. A 6 inch K style gutter carries more water than a 5 inch one, which matters most below large or steep roof planes and valleys. Downspouts come in 2 by 3 inch and 3 by 4 inch, and a 3 by 4 has twice the opening, so it carries more water and is harder for leaves and seeds to block.
Downspouts need a clear path to ground that slopes away from the building, with outlets kept off walkways, drives and steps, where the water refreezes in winter.
